I've been leading meetings and facilitating for almost 30 years..  As a result I've had immense experience helping businesses and groups identify problems, create clear objectives, create shared understanding and explore potential pivots or re-directions.  I can do these things while keeping a cohesive group dynamic.  I think a lot of this is because I'm pretty intuitive plus I've been studying humans (academically and through life) for years!  I know a lot about how we human behave, express ourselves and deal with conflict. 

 

I'm a natural synthesizer, an astute listener and has an ability to give words to the key points as they are revealed.  I've been a motivational speaker, trainer and group facilitator  in more arenas than I can cound.  I'm equally comfortable on the platform in front of thousands or in a board room with a small group of 10.

You want your company to be successful.  Perhaps just as important, you want to bring your "A" game to the table, am I right?

Visioning

If you and your business have a vibrant, inspiring, executable and enthusiastic vision YOU ARE THE EXCEPTION!  Most companies labor over details and plans until they come up with something that's called a vision but it is anything but.

A real, energizing vision is more feeling and less detail.  Sure, it has some details but it also is a living breathing document that propels you forward.  Its vision's purpose is to inform your choices (what you say yes to and what you take a pass on), it inspires leadership and it makes sure everyone in the organization is fired up instead of burned out!

Cheri's a wiz at this.  Her gift is helping you develop your vision and to unearth what it is your really want.  Not what you think you want but what you REALLY want!  Then she helps you address those intangible things such as feelings and motivation and camaraderie.

If you can't tell someone else what your want for your business, or worse yet, your people have no clue, then you need an inspiring vision statement.  This is one of those items that Stephen Covey would call Important but maybe not urgent.  

But just like in your individual life, if you don't know where you want to go and how and why you want to get there  . . .  you won't.
