Wouldn't it be nice if there were a simple recipe that insured you got everything you wanted? Unfortunately, there isn't. However, I think I've figured out seven ingredients, that when practiced and fully stepped into, bring you closer to your ideal life than you ever imagined.
I've observed and learned through my own trial and error, that there are seven necessary actions and mindsets we have to take to live the life that is truly fulfilling. To live a life that is More Happy and Less Crappy.
